By José Otero for La Prensa - The Foundation of Support of Prisoners filed an official complaint yesterday before the Public Ministry against the Minister of Government and Justice Daniel Delgado Diamante and the Director of the National Penitentiary System Luis Gordon, for supposedly granting favors and privileges to prisoners who are related to the President of Panama Martin Torrijos. The complaint is related to the transfer to the Renacer prison facility of Milton Reyes and José Luis Sánchez Torrijos, detainees who are accused of clandestinely growing marijuana in an apartment in Bella Vista, when these detainees, according to the complaint, do not qualify for transfer to the Renacer [...]
