She's still alive but early this morning she started mewling. When I checked it seemed she'd lost the use of her back legs.
I examined her pretty fully and could see nothing surface apparent.
My little dog who got pancreatic cancer; after her surgery she had to stay in a crate for almost two weeks. Like a bedridden human her tendons shortened and she had trouble walking when she was finally released from the crate. I'm hoping its the same situation here.
