Manchester City are reportedly lining up a bid for
out-of-contract Ronaldo.
El Fenómeno is currently
a free agent in the market following the expiry of his contract
with AC Milan at the end of last season.
The former Barcelona star has been linked with a return
to PSV Eindhoven, as well as a move to Kashima Antlers and
Los Angeles Galaxy, but he has so far had no success in his search
for a new home.
According to Globoesportes, sources close to Ronaldo have
stated that Manchester City have sounded out the 31-year-old player
about a move to The Blues.
