L'indice des prix à la consommation, principale jauge de cette inflation, a bondi de 7,1% en glissement annuel, a annoncé mardi le Bureau national des statistiques (BNS).
Il s'agit de sa plus forte progression depuis septembre 1996. L'indice avait alors augmenté de 7,4%.
L'inflation a été de 4,8% l'an dernier, avec un plus haut mensuel en novembre à +6,9%.
