AIRPORTS muspay a tax and the revenue must be used to develop TGV in EUROPE
EU-CITISSENS must make only REGIONAL TOURISME avoiding long distance travel
LOW COST AIRLINNES must be made mutch more expensive
RECOMMENDED TRAVEL up TO:
-5 KM WALKING
-50 KM BICYCLE
-100 KM PUBLIC TRANSPORT
-300 KM RAIL
-1200 KM TGV
-ABOVE AIRPLANE
