depending on the sharing level you have chosen for your spot, some of your visitors will be able to subscribe to your spots. So, automatically, they will be informed by email at each update. You will find your subscriber list directly on your spots. Don't hesitate, you yourself, to subscribe to other people's spots.
Contributing
depending on the sharing level you have chosen for your spot, you can authorize some of your subscribers "to spot" web content themselves on your spot, in order to enrich its content. You will find your subscriber list directly on your spots. You can make one of your subscribers into a contributor by using your contacts list
