How does it work?

A “traditional” management software takes care of business processes from the beginning to the end without necessarily taking into account the complexity of fulfilling the tasks. To issue an invoice, for example, the ERP needs basic information but doesn’t consider the negotiations, eventualities or interventions of a third party...

The idea is to combine a management system with a private social network in order to provide a numeric record of the complex exchanges taking place during a business process.

Jamespot enables you to add business modules to your corporate social network. The application and the process will then become SocialReady!

Once the business processes become SocialReady! the collaborative spaces are privately synchronized with them. The operations made during the processes are therefore published in your company’s social network.

The benefits are immediate: no more unfound emails, the information concerning a process is centralized and canalized, and it can also be shared.

Secondly, the information flows. Everyone knows what the other members of their company are doing (although the access to the information depends on each member’s clearance). This system enables a company to forecast the actions they should take. That’s one of the advantages of social networks.
