How to manage a project with many partners in a context of extended enterprise?

THD platform is an open platform for broadband experimentation on content and services operated by the cluster: Cap Digital Paris Region - www.portailthd.fr

The THD project is composed of fifty partners and is operated by CapDigital. It is then a complex organization that ensures the project’s success. Besides administrative tasks, it is a good level of communication, the exchange of links and the flow of information that makes such a project succeed. That is the reason why the THD team decided to acquire Jamespot.pro in order to manage our members’ exchanges.

Implementing the solution

The THD team has set three main types of spaces. The first consists on information sharing. As all members are present on this space, THD can have a direct, quick and profound communication with them. Then, every THD project has a direct channel of communication with the THD team. Finally, the company sets up spaces for the THD team and the financial and decision making representatives of the project. As a consequence, each member of the project securely and confidentially receives only alerts and information that concerns him/her.
