Auberge Saint-Antoine is as steeped in history as Quebec City itself. The people who own the museum-like hotel, the Price family, have a great respect for history. Evan Price explained that as they were expanding, they discovered so many artifacts that a full-scale archeological dig was established at the Relais & Chateau inn. Now, more than 700 artifacts are on display throughout the hotel. The hotel restaurant, Panache, is located in the part of the hotel that was a 19th-century maritime warehouse.
