[Value Ideas and Strategies] 10 year finance - NYX Capex      Similar

I was reading 10-year financials for NYX which has only two years history because of Euronext merger I guess. Can someone knowledgable help me understand the following about Capex for Nyx. 1) In 2006 capex, Nyx is +120. How can capex be positive in cash flow statement. I mean it should be some expense and therefore cash must be flowing out. 2) In 2007, capex is -3000. This is lot more than I see in Google financial cash flow statement and I even checked in SEC filing. Is something wrong in posting. Also the gurufocus show Free Cach Flow which donot match operation cash - Capex for this 2007 ye...
