'Technical difficulties' delay Rock Band's Rush DLC, possibly for weeks Similar

Rush's Moving Pictures album will not be available for purchase on Xbox 360, nor PS3. Apparently some guy called "unforeseen technical difficulties" has screwed everything up. Wait, it gets worse. According to the announcement post on the official Rock Band forums, the problem may keep the album from being available for a couple weeks. Rock Band DLC Update - The Pictures Aren't Moving Yet Similar
Just a quick update to my story from Monday, it would seem that there are some technical difficulties getting the Moving Pictures album up as Rock Band DLC. No word on exactly why, but they've got a team of crack Rock Band scientists working on the problem. To be honest, this sort of highlights for me just how good they've been. It's been just over nine straight months of pretty much constant weekly content for the game, and this is the first major technical glitch I can recall. That's pretty impressive. 3 Dead, 2 Injured in Eagle Rock Street Racing Crash Similar
An 11:00 p.m. street race on Colorado Blvd. (b/w Eagle Rock Blvd & Townsend Ave.) in Eagle Rock claimed the lives of three people last night. Included in the dead are a pregnant woman who was driving, a teenage girl in the back seat and a man who was ejected onto the street. News reports to not clearly indicate if they were involved in the race or not. Two others were transported to the hospital in "grave condition." The driver of another car involved in the accident, who was street racing, was arrested on the scene.
